Guideline

1) Graceful Hands is not a childcare center, for children under 6 years of age, we require that caregivers must stay on the premises during class time. Caregivers must take their own risk to leave the children alone or any injury occured in our center. Don't leave your child unattended. Our center won't bear the responsibility for caregiver's failure on displaying constant attention to their own child.

2) No shoes and slippers are allowed in our center. Adults must wear socks whereas children run bare foot is acceptable.

3) Foldable baby strollers are recommended and parents are suggested not to store your personal belongings in your strollers. Please take care of your own belongings and Graceful Hands is not liable for any loss and claims.

4) Given limited space, only designated caretakers are recommended waiting in the center.

5) Infant students are required to wear diapers to ensure a clean place.

6) Siblings are not allowed to stay in the classroom; Toysland and Storyland are open for siblings accompanied by their caregivers.

7) Children are not recommended for attending classes should they are ill.

8) No food or drinks from outside are allowed in school except snacks and drinks provided by Graceful Hands.

9) Feeding infant students is allowed in our center.  Please be considerate and the following food stuff is not recommended in our school:

           a)    Food from street stalls (including fish balls, Dim Sum and shark fin soup etc.)

           b)    Biscuits that chip easily

           c)     Cream cakes

           d)     Sticky food (including chocolates and candies)

           e)     Junk Foods (including soft drinks and chips)

           f)     Food topped with sauce

10) Reading is welcome whilst waiting in the center.  Please keep quite and keep the place clean. Put all magazines or books back in place and put all toys back to the shelf after use.

11) Please be considerate and shut the door quietly at all times.  

12) Please keep clean including rest room.  Put rubbish into the bin at all times.

13) Please inform us should faults be found in our facilities and provisions especially books and magazines.

14) Please inform us should places be found stained due to eating or drinking. Clean up can be arranged in due course.
