Field Trip Schedule

Participation Policy:

Please pay special attention to the gathering time for each activity and arrive at the gathering point on time as tour bus departs at exact scheduled time. 請留意各項活動之集合時間，敬請準時到達集合地點，旅遊車逾時不候。 

All outreach activities are not regular classes. The medium of communication will be mainly Cantonese. Staff of guided tours and demonstration in different outreach venues will use their native language for instruction. 所有外展參觀活動並非課堂活動，所有領隊、參觀場地職員及其他參與之工作人員均以廣東話為主要講解語言。 

Please minimize noise, keep the venues clean and be aware of safety during course of activities. Please follow staff's instruction. 參觀時請保持安靜及地方清潔，注意安全，服從領隊職員指導。 

Participants are suggested to bring enough drinking water. Kindly note that most activities include some outdoor time, please bring sun protection and mosquito-repellent items e.g. sunscreen, hats, long-sleeve clothing, mosquito-repellent spray or stickers. 請自備足夠開水飲用; 亦請注意大部份的活動均有戶外參觀時間，如有需要可帶備防曬及防蚊用品：例如帽子、長袖衣服、蚊怕水及防蚊貼等。 

Shall any participants decide to either depart earlier than the scheduled returning time or leave the venue on their own after the activities, please notify our activity staff as confirmation of participants getting on the returning bus is needed. 如參加者選擇提早離隊或活動後自行離開參觀場地，務請事先知會領隊之職員，以便確認回程人數，多謝合作。 

Accompanying adult is fully responsible for the safety of one's own child participant(s) at all time during the activities. 家長於活動期間需負上全部看顧及陪同子女之責任。

All participants shall be responsible for any bodily injuries, accidents, property loss and any other sorts of loss due to the participation of the activities. 參加者需承擔因參與是項活動而引致之傷亡、意外、財物及其他損失之全部責任。

Participation fee ONLY covers the travel bus insurance. In addition to this basic coverage, participant may purchase other extensive insurance at one's own expenses to cover the whole course of activity. Graceful Hands acts as an activity manager in this event and all participants agree that Graceful Hands and its staff will not be held liable for any claims or compensation connected to the course of activity. 收費只包括旅遊巴士來回上的保險費用，保險並不包括活動場地、等候地點或活動過程中有可能發生的意外或傷亡賠償。參加者必須自行考慮活動的危險性而自行決定和安排購買相關的保險。Graceful Hands只作為統籌角色，本中心或其員工均無需為任何可能發生的事件及其賠償承擔任何形式之責任。 

A Participation Agreement may be introduced in certain activity venues for participants to understand the elements of risk that imight be involved in some kinds of sports or activities. Participants may take part in such sport activity at their own discretion. 個別活動可能包括一定的危險性，活動場規也可能要求參與者簽署協議書，參加者應自行決定應否參與，一切決定與本中心無關。

This activity will only be cancelled by the following two reasons and all activities will not be postponed, If anyone of these situations occurred, refund will only be arranged in the following methods 活動只會於以下兩種情況下取消，因以下情況取消的活動，不會改期，只會以以下所列方式退款 :
